Trade Events

Diva has been introducing suppliers from India and Pakistan to buyers of their trade in the U.K and Italy. We have offices in Italy at Milan and Latino, which is on the outskirts of Rome.

WE find that many trade missions who come from the subcontinent do not meet their OBJECTIVES and all they end up doing is meeting Head of Chamber of various cities and go back without any real progress of their business. We find many companies/ trade missions never get to meet the real buyer of their products and end up wasting a lot of money.

We are a private company, which works with the government bodies to make sure that the companies coming from India get to meet the right people and get to show their products. We specialize in Textiles i.e. Men's, Ladies, and Children wear, Fancy goods such as leather bags, belts, accessories, Jewellery and ornaments.

We can work with a single company who are determined to export to the U.K or Italy but we prefer to deal with trade missions as it saves costs.

The way we work is simple. We take a profile of the companies visiting the U.K by sending out a questionnaire and find out exactly what they are looking for and what end of the market they are interested in. From this profile, we will match them with similar companies in the U.K.

Individual Companies Service

Our service is dependant on cost and how much input the client wants us to put in. We provide the following services:

1. We will provide a list of companies with Buyer's name and e-mail address and phone numbers.
2. Guaranteed appointment with the buyers from their trade and take them along for introduction.
3. We can find them distributors, agents as they require and book them on to trade shows where they exhibit their collections.
4. We will provide a member of our staff with them as and when they require help with all or any of their problems.
5. We will give them a profile of the company to whom they are showing their collection and give them tips as how to approach the buyer.

For Trade Missions

1. This is our specialty. We normally work with a minimum of ten companies from the same trade on a trade mission.
2. Introduce them to the local chamber, if necessary or if we have the time.
3. We will take them to prominent cities of their trade. For instance for the clothing trade, we will take them to London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leicester and Newcastle.
4. We will organize trade shows in the city; held in a hotel. We will invite all the reputable companies to the shows.
5. Names and addresses of all companies invited given to the companies from India for future contacts.
6. We will provide a buffet for the attending buyers during the day.
7. We can invite distributors and agents to the shows, should the exhibitors require them.
8. We provide the same service in Italy where the only extra cost would be that of a translator from English to Italian and vice versa.
